Located in a city in which the sea has not only shaped its geography but has also defined its history, the School of Architecture of A Coruña, coinciding with the fiftieth anniversary of the launch of its academic activity, will host from 22 to 25 October 2025 the XIII Iberian Docomomo Congress, under the title “La modernidad marítima. Arquitecturas e infraestructuras del paisaje litoral, 1925-1975” [Maritime modernity. Architecture and infrastructures of the coastal landscape, 1925-1975].

From the School we encourage you to take part in an event that will both highlight the reality that is shaping our coasts and provide a meeting and networking space for all those people who understand that quality architecture is a societal right that we must not relinquish.
